Funds will be distributed annually (or as needed) for ministry purposes. The Trustees will work with the Isaiah 61 Ministries Leadership team (Council Members, Pastors, Elders and Deacons) to prepare an annual budget.

Budget items may include, but not limited to:

• Minister, missionary and elder support, including salaries, stipends, medical and retirement funds, training and education for ministers, missionaries, travel, telecommunication, books and publications, children’s educational costs, mercy, evangelism and other direct ministry costs. This category should include the majority of the Foundation’s annual spending.

• Costs related to managing, investing and administering the funds available to the I-61 Foundation. The Trustees will review the budget proposal, make requests for explanations and/or changes, and then decide if and how much to provide, according to the funds available – after prayerful consideration.
